Alexander AI — Terms of Use

01 — Acceptance of Terms

Using the Alexander AI app ("the App") constitutes full agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms, please discontinue use of the app.

02 — The Service We Provide

Alexander AI enables:

Scanning screenshots to detect events, shifts and meetings
Automatically adding events to Google Calendar
Personal schedule management using artificial intelligence
Sending real-time notifications about calendar updates

03 — Account & Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, settings)
Google Calendar connection requires an active Google account
You may not share access to your account with others

04 — Permitted Use

What is Permitted
Personal use for managing your schedule
Scanning screenshots of shift schedules and meetings
Connecting to your Google Calendar account

What is Prohibited

Commercial use without a license
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the servers
Uploading images containing sensitive information of others without their consent
Automated use (bots) without explicit permission

05 — AI Accuracy

Alexander uses Gemini AI for event detection. AI models may make mistakes. We recommend verifying important events directly in Google Calendar. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect event detection.

06 — Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee continuous service
There may be interruptions for maintenance
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service with advance notice

07 — Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including calendar errors, missed events, or data loss.

08 — Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, its user interface, and source code belong to the developers of Alexander AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

09 — Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date of the last update will always appear at the top of the page.
